Not worth to deal with them. Front desk is very unprofessional. They would say wait for few moments and then you have a good luck to when they unhold the phone. 
Suggestion to Jays: Either increase your front desk staff or close the business.

I am dealing with jay's travel I always  book my ticket  with  gentlemen work there Jameel he's very good  and professional  and very helpful I highly recommend.
