Brutal customer service. We had Marlin travel gift certificates. Once the agent found out there was no hope of a commission, we were treated poorly & we incurred a service charge. We ended up with full fair, off hour flights. We were told that these were the only seats available. When I got home, I checked the airline website. There where more convenient flight times for the same fair. The agent was just lazy or unable to do the job properly. If you have to use a travel agent, don't use this one.
