Very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Don't be deterred by the clutter of old vacuum cleaners and accessories piling up in the store: he surprised me by having hard-to-find carbon brushes for my 20yr old Sears Kenmore central canister vacuum unit. An he accepts credit card payments.

If i have a negative star i will give them -10. I took my brand new vacuum in there. They did a terrible job on it. The case is still open and when i vacuum it doesn't have the power it used to have. The problem was just to replace a small plastic that was cracked. Dont go here if you appreciate your vacuum. What a horrible service.

In my mind, only place to go shopping for a vacuum cleaner or parts/ service. Rob owner has a very pleasant, laid-back manner & notably long years of experience doing lots of repair work—so he really knows what he sells. And he often has very good deals on new machines.
