This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business. They are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and have given me fantastic advice. They have repaired any issues with my vacuum immediately! They are so reasonable in cost and have been so helpful - I will not go anywhere else!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. We were able to demo the Sebo vacuum we bought and they Walker us through the features. I am confident we bought a great vacuum and in the unlikely event it needs service, I am sure they would do an excellent job!

I was helped by Angiolina today, and she helped my purchase a great SEBO vacuum. Happy to support local, and it feels good knowing I can come back to the store to get my new vacuum maintained by the friendly shop owners. I went in thinking I would likely purchase a Sebo based on what I read online. The staff confirmed my choice by showing me tons of details and tangible reasons why this was a good choice over competing brands. They also took care not to convince me to buy the most expensive model Sebo D4 and actually recommended a somewhat less expensive model Sebo K3 based on my needs. I am really happy with the purchase so far! Thanks to the whole team there for the great service.

I love my Vacuum Store! They are still here: so good at what they do. Friendly, informative, no BS kind of place I trust and wish everyone ran a business like this. I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner at The All Vacuum Store, a long standing family owned and operated business . It was such a positive experience, I am writing this review. With all the vacuum advertisements out there now, purchasing one can be a challenge ! The staff were professional, personable and knowledgeable. They respectfully answered my questions and offered helpful, interactive demonstrations as needed. There was no pressure, no rush and the prices were fair. They stand behind their products. Service is honest. I recommend a visit to this shop if you are considering a new vacuum cleaner. DJ

An old school neighbourhood store offering friendly, knowledgeable and personal service for all things vacuum related. Took in a cannister from my "basic" vacuum cleaner that wasn't closing right and giving me grief to the point of wanting to chuck it out. But after Carlos had a quick look at it he snapped it back in place like only someone who knows his business inside out could do. Great selection of new Sebo vacuum cleaners plus other brands at reasonable pricing as Angiolina took the time to expertly demonstrate the many features on some of the models. A big bonus of this place is that they do all warranty repair work in-shop. No fuss or time wasting with mailing things out of town or endless emails trying to contact someone. They got my business going forward!

I busted my Johnny Vac and I was hoping for a quick fix. Sadly I had to let it go. Fortunately Gustavo explained to me what happened and suggested another model more more suitable for my needs domestic use. I am happy with SEBO, super compact and powerful.
