Better Care places high value on providing excellent customer service and that was delivered. I would give a rating of higher than 5 if it were possible. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
Alex was professional in every aspect of doing business with him. He gave me a clear expecation of the cost of the job based on what we thought the issue might be. It was indeed the starter that needed replying our gas stove and it cost what I expected with labor and parts. No surprises.
