I had a great experience with Ken, who arrived promptly to service my dryer. He gave me a lot of extra assistance the problem is a recurring one and can only be permanently solved with either an expensive repair, or replacing the dryer in trying to figure out the best way forward. He was fast, efficient and friendly. I'd definitely recommend him to others.

Best repair experience. Ken was able to get the part within a day and installed it on the same day. Not only that, he repaired my washer -on the spot and checking on my dryer instantly diagnosed the exhaust fan wasn't working it wasn't= just never bothered to fixed it and fixed it. I contact Ken whenever I have an issue related to appliances in our rental properties. Ken is truly a knowledgeable technician.
