I came in to get my eyebrows threaded and although the result was fine it was the staff who were the issue. I was the only person in the salon and it took quite a while for either of the two employees to acknowledge me. After finally being told to have a seat the two employees spent the entire time gossiping about very inappropriate things and bashing their fellow colleagues as if I wasn’t even there. I get it, not everybody likes who they work with but this is a conversation best saved for the bar after work. Not in front of customers. I was then Ignored again while waiting to pay. I was the only person there. I won’t be returning unless it’s to get some follow up gossip on their “lazy” colleagues. Come on ladies, save your highschool gossip for after work.

I went it to get my eyebrows done. For the first five minutes they didn't even acknowledge my existence. When I was finally asked to have a seat, I explained to the lady doing my brows that I wanted them shaped and took the time to explain how. After the first try she only cleaned them up, I explained to her that it's not what I asked for so she tried a second time, by then my eyebrows lookes like they belonged to two different people, when I told her that it's not what I asked for so, the manager came and told me to leave and that I didn't have to pay. I was talking to the empolyee about her work, not about the charges. Regardless I paid and left. Not going in there again. Instead of acknowledging that there are customers waiting, the employees are chatting and gossiping. Very unprofessional.

Upon waiting several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by any employee I was finally told to have a seat to have my eyebrows ruined. After telling the worker numerous times that I wanted my eyebrows to remain thick and just a clean up she completely ruined my brows - they are now VERY uneven and she completely destroyed the arch on one of them. Not to mention she somehow cut me with the thread, and now I have a scar. Also, the other employee there was gossiping the entire time about very inappropriate things. Overall a terrible experience, will never go back again nor would I recommend. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I went and got my eyebrows done by the new girl majd she was super nice and did an amazing job! Never had an experience this good before she was very careful and listened to everything i said i was very comfortable and usually when i get my eyebrows done i break out always but this time my skin felt very good and relaxed! Will for sure go back and i 100% reccomend her, before i left she reccomended a few products for me and explained them very well! Overall great experience! 😍😍😍

Walked in, waited for several minutes while two employees tended to one customer. One of the employees was just gossiping, which is completely unprofessional. I can understand that you chat with your customers as part of the service, but the conversation was inappropriate and both employees did not acknowledge me for several minutes. Eventually one looked at me, but still didn't say anything. A third employee came back from her break and helped me out immediately, but she wasn't very pleasant and I wasn't very happy with the results with my eyebrows. I also was bleeding a bit due to the threading, which has never happened when I've gotten my eyebrows threaded at other places.
