Kharisma Hair Design Colorist

Do not get your hair cut here. I went in with very long hair and I only wanted a few inches taken off and it ended up being just above my shoulders. I was very clear to the woman that I still wanted my hair to be long. I also wanted side bangs and showed her pictures and she cut them so short. Not even close to what I asked for.

I strongly suggest people go anywhere else but this place. The people who work there cannot colour hair, are very unprofessional, rude and most disturbingly are bullies. They certainly do not know how customer service works. Instead they dismiss the customer when they show concern for the colour they see during the coloring process and when comparing the finished product to the picture the customer had provided at the beginning of the appointment, they again are very dismissive and say it will 'lighten up'. When the customer calls the salon a few hours later to speak to the Manager, she was told to come back in and they will see what they can do to fix it. Sadly, when the customer returns, the owner is not there and the stylist who had ruined the customers hair along with another stylist begin defending their actions, are very defensive towards the customer and tell her they will do her hair again if she is willing to pay. All I can say is buyer beware!!!!

I have been going to Kharisma for quite some time, and they always do a really nice job, and take great care of me. All their staff are sweet and friendly. There are a few other places in the mall but you won't find the customer service in any of those places that you will find here. My favourite part? No drama, no talking about each other, no gossip. Great spot and I feel like a million bucks when I leave:)

AMAZING hairdressers this will be my new family hair salon. The time they spend on the hair cuts and the extra steps the went to help my daughter was amazing you dont get that in many places :)

Had an older gentleman cut my hair. Well done and very happy with it! In and out quick too. Recommend going after 7
