Absolutely the worst place ever in Guelph I would never recommend this place to anyone the staff are rude as hell and they butchered my hair cut and acted like it was nothing worst hair place ever

Vanessa messed up my haircut and acted confrontational about it. Real professional attitude. Also, nice to see the owner giving her business a 5 star review in response to a negative one and telling someone they sound like trailer trash.

DO NOT GO HERE. It is difficult to describe the level of disrespect that we experienced at this location. After arriving 20 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, the owner, Jodi, informed us that they would no longer be able to accommodate my 94 year old mother due to an illness of one of her staff members. When we asked whether they would be able to squeeze her in later that day, she laughed and rudely responded "What do you think I can do two people at once? He's sick. How about you learn some empathy." Needless to say we were taken aback. After explaining how difficult it was to get my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's dressed and into the salon, Jodi replied with "Whatever" as she scoffed and turned to her other client. This display was extremely upsetting to both my mother and I as well as the other clients in the salon. One woman who witnessed the conversation turned to Jodi stating, "This is disgusting" then stood up to leave. Having worked in the sales industry for 30+ years, I am aware that word of mouth goes a long way; unfortunately for this salon, blatant disrespect of a senior citizen is not a good start. Please think twice before booking an appointment at the Gordon location.

This is Jodi Maltman PROUD owner of JC's Hair Design ... Its unfortunate that people like Carly Ellerton can use social media to lie about me like this and try to make me look like the bad person. Not one thing you have stated is true and the gentleman that was waiting for me in the waiting area is a Sargent of the Guelph police department who also couldn't believe your behavior and the language you were using towards me!! Also I explained to you that there was an ambulance called and you still got mad!!! So the next time you want to write something on the web for everyone to see please don't lie cause karma is real. Also you need to get a better vocabulary you really came across like you live in a trailer somewhere!!!
