After getting our new stroller home an putting it together we noticed there was a issue with the snaps and were unable to put it together probably. Exchanged the product with no problem. As we were concerned the issue would be on the second stroller they allowed us to take the stroller out and ensure all was good. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the guy in the back who was patient as we checked the quality of the stroller.

The store offers the same merchandise that your big box retailer and other baby retailers carry. If you call the store, you will have to go through a variety of phone prompts before you get in touch with a real person. What this store has going for them is a knowledgeable staff, some of whom have been working in the retail baby business for a long time. The person I am speaking of is LINDA. Weather you are registering for all your baby needs or just stopping in for a single item, I implore you to deal with Linda. She is passionate about her job and knows her products very well. Dave also gets an honorable mention, but LINDA is the person you want to deal with. She cares about her customers and is easy to work with.

We are expecting our first baby and went to Dear Born baby to initially look at things like car seat and stroller. At this point we had done some research online, at other stores like Toys R us and Canabee. We spoke with a wonderful and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Brian. Brian was amazing! He showed us many different options in car seats and strollers, he explained all the pros and cons, let us try things like putting in the car seat in and out, closing/opening the stroller, etc. He gave us so much information that it really helped us make the decision on which stroller and car seat that would beat work for us. A young woman by the name of Sarah also helped us choose few other items in the store as well. We've been to the store a few times now, and each time we have walked in the customer service has been awesome!! Even the gentlemen who work in the back warehouse are so nice and friendly, and helped us load our car with baby furniture. I even called to speak to the manager to tell her all this and unfortunately didn't get her name, but she too was so nice on the phone. She was kind enough to get me the measurements of the crib box so I could figure out a vehicle that could fit it. Although it's far drive from where I live, and the prices are bit on the high side, the customer service and "buy more save more" program makes it totally worth it. I will be recommending this store to everyone!!! Best service ever!!!

I visited the store a few days ago to buy things for my sister's upcoming baby shower. I have spoken to Eugene and he was very helpful and professional! Definitely coming back!

What a beautiful store! The customer service is exceptional! Dave was the gentleman who helped us purchase our Natart furniture & Dutailier glider, Medela breast pump, Ubbi diaper pail & more. He was so helpful and spent as much time with us as we needed. He answered all our questions & more!! One suggestion - if you are purchasing Natart furniture, please ensure you have given yourself minimum 12-14 weeks delivery as it is custom made as you order. If you need it for a certain time then please order well in advance!!! The Dutailier glider was approx. 8 week delivery. I would highly recommend purchasing from Dear Born Baby!! Absolutely loved it & them!!
