I was really upset with the customer service at this location. Generally, the staff are really nice and friendly and I usually don't have any issues at all. But last Friday, my daughter bought a 'All Stars Mini slime pack' for $21.99 of her own money. When we went home she opened it and found all the slimes were shrunken and dried out. I went back to the store and explained to the manager what had happened. He said that all sales are final and could not give us store credit. He told us that we could exchange it with the same product. When I went to go get another one off the shelf, I took a closer look and all the slimes were dried out for every single one in the store. We went home and it was confirmed that all the slimes were dried out again!! My daughter and I were extremely disappointed Do not buy this item from this location. We threw it in the trash; unfortunately, it was money down the drain.

The store is okay—honestly, pretty solid in terms of layout, organization, and overall atmosphere. We went in with a $50 gift card that’s been sitting around for a couple of years, thinking it would be the perfect excuse to pick up something early for the kids. Between three teenagers, a young adult, and Christmas around the corner, you’d expect it to be an easy mission.nnWe took our time. Walked every aisle. Looked at games, collectibles, tech, art supplies, and everything in between. The shelves were well-stocked, the staff kept to themselves unless approached, and nothing felt chaotic or messy. There wasn’t anything wrong with the store at all.nnBut somehow, nothing clicked. Nothing stood out as the right fit. It wasn’t a matter of price, or lack of choice—it was more like the selection just didn’t match the phase our kids are in anymore. It reminded us that Toys R Us still leans heavily toward younger families, and once your kids hit the teen years, finding something that feels relevant becomes more hit-and-miss.nnNot a bad visit. Toys toys and more toys and then much more. The store is clean and well lit. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store. From board games to remote control vehicles to dolls to bicycles and everything else in between. I am a total fan of Lego and there is a huge selection at the store. Love the store and will continue to shop here.

I took my kids shopping to buy some toys, and we were happy to find some items on sale. My son chose a toy that was not on sale, and my daughter picked one that was on sale.nUnfortunately, both toys turned out to be poor quality. The sale item was not good, and the regular priced toy also broke quickly and seemed to be made from low quality materials.nWe tried to speak with the store about returning them, but we were told that sale items are final sale and can only be exchanged. However, it seems like the available replacements are also low quality.nIn total, we spent around $75 and feel that the money was wasted due to the poor quality of the products. We are very disappointed with this experience.

My kids purchased two Roblox gift cards from this location on Dec 19, 2025. When I tried to redeem them, both showed errors and didn’t work. A Steam card on the same receipt worked fine, so the problem was only with the two Roblox cards $50 total.nnSoon after the New Year, I went back to the store and was told to contact Roblox customer service first. I was also told that if Roblox couldn’t resolve it, I could return to the store to see if there were other options.nnAfter waiting two months with no response from Roblox, I contacted the store again just now. This time, I was told I was well past the return period and that they are now under credit protection, so nothing could be done. I was also told other customers received responses from Roblox, which made it sound like the issue was somehow my fault.nnThe staff were rude and unhelpful. I followed the store's instructions, and now I’m left holding the bag.nn$50 may not be worth much of my time, but it is a lot of money for an 11-year-old. With this kind of customer service and attitude, it’s not surprising the business is under credit protection. Very poor experience, not worth the effort dealing with this business. With poor customer service from their staff, they will go under, and the restructuring will soon fail.nnThanks for the poor customer service and taking money from my 11-year-old.
