Great you store on Queen Street West. They have a massive selection for all ages from infant onwards. The owner is always friendly and helpful. Support local by getting your kids toys here vs buying from Amazon or a big box.

Super rude. The owner has no idea how to speak with professionalism or honour potential customers. Sad that he runs a toy store. Hope he doesn’t treat children this way. Most of the toys are overpriced that you can find cheaper in other places. Try Kol Kid, Mastermind Toys, or Hudson Bay. Don’t waste your time or money.

Never again!! Rude owner, to a level he yield at me for not taking a toy after he typed the amount on the register. And suggested I'll go away and think what I want to buy before bothering him again.

Toy Terminal is a magical shop with the most caring and knowledgably owners. You can tell that each toy is carefully selected and is always good quality and priced well. I only buy my toys from here as I know it will always make the recipient happy.

Great selection of toys. Always had a pleasant experience going to this store. The owner and his wife are super friendly and helpful, it is so surprising to read these negative reviews. Will be returning to shop for my nieces and nephews on the regular.
