I was looking for Anna and Elsa toys from frozen in a decent price for my daughter. They had several options but they were a bit expensive. They had one promotion on a stuffed Olaf toy with a mug at 18 Euros. But I did not need the mug. Overall the store is cool, has lots of presents options but it didn’t have what I was looking for in a decent price.
My ultimate favorite memory ever since i was a kid, it is my favorite store in Paris, up until now.. there's no place that brings me happy memories like that disney store who knows maybe if i ever have kids i will be bringing them there too.. my feelings were indescribable, i was just in my fairytale land.. i remember buying a 101 dalmatian piggy bank and i was so excited to save money ofcorse it never happened because i could open it from underneath and just use the money.. but the memories
The only Disney store in city. Not so many options. We were disappointed with the choices. There is a Disneyland in Paris but the Disney store has very limited items. We traveled to Paris from Rome and Rome had much more Disney products than Disney store in Paris. When we asked to the store manager about the lack of products in store she said maybe we need to visit the store in Disneyland.
A store with limited memories to take with. I wish they had a character walking around to make it magical or even put on the Disney music. Over crowded due to small place and did not want to take photos of other people around
Amy is a very kind member of staff. In fact Amy is a lovely person. She has great respect for everyone and really has pride in her job. I cannot thank her enough for her help this evening, especially how busy the store was. We had a lovely chat about Disney and my friend who built the rides. Very happy customer. Amy I see as a future Manager. Thank you.
Great service and good prices, many toys from the latest collections are not available in the Champs-elysees store, and this was disappointing.
Don't go here. Its a voodoo store. They have really messed with the characters. TShirt are OK. U can get cups. But online has more stuff for global delivery.
Too crowded and too Hot. Items were not priced, and collection seemed somewhat disordered. But it's still Disney right.
Nice place to get some Disney stuff if you’re not visiting Disneyland Paris. But you will not get the most things from Disney. Has lift inside for pram and you can get some princess dress in there too!
Most of the things i wanted were out of stock. Most clothes didn't have the sizes for kids. Staff were a bit overwhelmed. But still it's a disney store so it's nice overall
