Absolutely incredible customer service! Responses were prompt and helpful, and Carolyn gave excellent recommendations! It's stressful having a baby during a pandemic, but help like this makes it a bit easier.
Ordered a high chair from their website due to the COVID situation and received it in 3 days. There was an issue with the delivery and I called the owner. The owner went above and beyond to solve my problem. Very satisfied with the service and competitive price too! I haven’t been to the store but definitely will when COVID ends.
Great service. Quick response time with google chat. Item was reserved for me over the chat and shipped to me in 12 hours after I paid for it online. Having a baby during Covid-19 is already stressful enough, this store actually gets it.
My wife and I both enjoyed our shopping experience at this store. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially about strollers. It's also nice to support small independent businesses during COVID. We'll be back when we need something else.
I ordered a high chair from Love Me Do and the customer service was amazing!! There was a slight delay on my order and the team here made sure to reach out to me right away to let me know. Looking forward to shopping here again!
