Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake

Mark Leone oversees building services and is the most unprofessional, inefficient person you'll meet. He rarely answers his phone and does not reply to email. When he gives you a date of completion, he will miss it. Even better, if you visit the customer service counter at Town Hall, the two young ladies will demonstrate the antithesis of customer service. My advice if you need the town's assistance.... move to another city where the municipal office demonstrates the values and mission which they notate on their website. Not impressed.

Why is parking enforcement so quick and effective at handing out tickets for parking on residential streets yet every time it snows there are no plows to be seen for 24 hours+?

Niagara-on-the-Lake is rich with historic sites and unique charm. Fort George and Brock’s Monument are popular stops. Period-restored heritage homes, top-notch golf courses are abundant. Beautiful parks with majestic views and more vineyards and wineries to keep wine lovers occupied for days....Niagara-on-the-Lake is a true Canadian Destination.
