Was arrested all officers in court cells extremely rude rasict. Won’t tell me time didn’t get phone didn’t no my charges no call to lawyer all staff laughing thinking they got me saying good work to officers came to cells nasty mc donlands cheese burger for 20 hours sitting there freezing gave all white peoples blankets me none also took jacket with no strings so I can freeze this one worst police stations in Canada besides East Toronto police

I report my stolen phone and within one hour officer Derksen and team were able to track it and officer Jim brought it back to me. Phenomenal, outstanding, extraordinary, impressive and all other words that exist does not do the justice for remarkable job they have done. Forever grateful.

Over 2 months ago I put in a VSS police check for my January placement as a volunteer and I have yet to receive it. When I called the records office Wendy was the one assisting me on the phone. She was very impersonal and didn't even ask me name (which I am guessing is how they can look up the status) she just jump and cut me off by saying is't in the mail. I called a second time to ask if I was able to get a letter of some sort to prove its in the process and yet again she had an extremely rude tone a voice and continued to cut me off when I was just asking a granular question. I am very upset due to the way I was treated over the phone. Her lack of assistance was not professional what so ever. No one should be treated like this especially at the police station when they are there to help and protect you.
