We come here annually for the Big E. The room can comfortably fit 3 people ; kitchen is okay; the bathrooms could be updated. The whole place is dated, we stay because it's reasonable and the staff has been great. This year is slightly on the down grade. It seems the hotel has lowered its' standard to allow low income housing. We were next to an occupied suite that had marijuana smoking and loud music playing until midnight. Obviously the no smoking policy is not being followed. The staff is okay but I see a change in the hotel going down. I hope this review can help the management correct the issues. It is a great place but this year is more of a 2 12 star rating.

Always a very pleasant experience..all workers seem to be genuinely concerned that needs are met. My only comment, as a smoker,paying client,there should be a covered area with seating available. I encountered a woman using a walker standing under a tree to get shelter, that is ridiculous (please don't tell me we shouldn't be smoking, that is our business!) And we would be courteous if amenities were provided!

Budget priced Residence Inn. Prompt and professional staff. The room was in need of some repairs, mostly cosmetic. Comfortable room.

Beautiful place!You'll feel right at home..I like the make your own waffles with toppings but the meat sides weren't to good..I would stay here a million more times...

Staff has been nice and accommodating. They're just behind on the decor updates that other Residence Inns have.
