There's unfortunately no option for 0 stars. This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Water Supply is cut regularly, construction is going on all year round, you will be woken up by the sound of drills and whatever else they use. There has never been a single week where I was not woken up by the sound of construction. When I moved in this supposed "fully renovated" apartment my windows didn't have any screen and a year later when I moved out there was still NO screens, I had to keep my windows closed all year, bugs would get into my apartment regardless it wasn't just one or two, it was too many. Management will rarely get back to you if ever about any issues in your apartment. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, do yourself a favor and rent from individual owners, not big rental companies, they are the worst, Timber Creek being THE worst. TL:DR; Whatever you do, regardless of any offer you might receive, even if it might look good, you will regret it. Do not rent here. Ever.

Worst Apartment Ever!!! please anyone who comes across this review, I beg you do not live there. Although the place is pretty well situated, metros, grocery, mall ... the manager of the building is very irresponsible and made my stay very hard as I had literary no support in any way! I lived constantly with "cockroaches" and despite the multiple visits from the exterminator nothing has changed ! I even found some in my food! I battled constantly against them and despite my multiple attempts to contact the manager, nothing happened...he could not care less. Does not respond to texts except to ask what unit you are and that'll be the end of the discussion, never to calls, and once in a while for emails when he wishes to . The manager will always contact you when there is a problem with money. I always used to have an e transfer for my rent because I did not have the time to drop by, and I always asked that they give me a confirmation, and they never did ! what I am supposed to do? wait for an eviction notice to know if the transfer did not go through? VERY IRRESPONSIBLE! please do not live there, find any other apartment because you will regret it. I am only giving 1 star because the apartment is very spacious but NOT soundproof at all! I could hear the discussions of my neighbours as if we were in the same place, I could even know when they could take a shower as the sound was unbearable. This building needs a new manager, as he lacks total support, and plenty of people living there had the same issues as I did and did not have any support from the manager as he does not consider our problems as long it does not concern money. Our water is cut regularly for plumbing issues and hot water as well. I am paying more than 1000$ to end up desperately trying to find where to shower. Please do not live there as this building has serious management issues.

I lived here for about 10 months. The apartment was beautiful for which I am giving the 1 star. But there were some problems like insects and roaches in the kitchen. Also the building water supply had problems due to which there was water cut very often. My biggest problem is that the building management is very poor. Reason : When I moved-in they asked me to pay first and last month rent and I was promised that I last month rent would be used when I would leave. I had also enabled auto rent deduction for every month. When I informed the building manager that I would leave before the last month, he did not stop my auto rent deduction. Also rent was deducted for my last month my pre-paid last month rent was not used and rent got deduction even after I vacated even after I legally lease transferred with all documents approved and signed. I was told that I would be refunded with a cheque but there is no sign of it. Also the building manager is very confused all the time and does not remember what ever we discuss or email him. He unnecessarily creates problems. Even after several emails and calls to them, there is no proper reply. Its been about 2 months since I vacated, but there is no sign of my money being returned in anyway.

Manager is very rude, elevators, heating and Hot water sucks and none of the complaints would be addressed. Its actually below one star rating But there is no such option. Lot of Bugs and roaches. Do not plan to rent an apartment in this building.

Water supply is cut regularly, and construction is going on since december.Loud noise.No access to building when power is cut. we need to wait on roads until hydro quebec resolves issue. Drafty windows and doors during winters heaters has no effect. Deserves not even 1 rating

close to the metro and many universities like Concordia University, affordable and renovated. quiet neighborhood.

If I can provide 0 star I would have. They are worst about their service and do not give back any kind of deposit.I paid 100 bucks for 2 knobs it is been more than 1.5 years now, timbercreek didnt provide my refundable deposit yet.

CAVEAT EMPTOR This is by far the worse place I have ever rented.. -poor management, -shady behavior, -disregard to renters' privacy. You can find way better elsewhere for the same price and distance. Save yourself - keep looking around.

The worst Apartments I have ever stayed in my life. If you are planning to move in, please don’t. If you are planning to renew your lease, please don’t.

I wouldn't advise anyone to live in this building
