Mice, Rats, roaches every where, landlord doesn't care, and is buddies with the exterminator they send. Exterminator they have is not efficient, and is always back because he doesn't do his job correctly. The walls are also super thin, and you can hear crazy drunk people yelling out loud at 3-4 am.
Very conveniently located, close to Place des Arts metro. Not bad for student living, although the condition of the flat is a little disappointing but this is not unique to Le Chatelain -- most McGill Ghetto apartments seem to be poorly maintained. Management is quick to respond if there are any issues.
