We got bed bugs for the last 5 or so months of living here & we couldn’t get rid of them. Our upstairs neighbours were always so loud during night you can literally hear everything & the elevators never worked. The only good thing was the new front desk lady was always kind and lovely & she did the best she could to help out.

Concierge lady is super racist. Very nosy, rude, miserable, and a repulsive human being. It shocks me that this management group employees her as a rep for their building until you realize that they don't care about your complaints, they only care about collecting your money. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Terrible serivice, the lady administrator hates tenants who ask for help even though what they have asked is really part of her job. There are even more bad experience on other website about this administrator. I really regret I didn't check those comments before I move in. Think twice before you move in.
