Le Royal Urbain

We received excellent service from Royal Urbain. We worked mostly with Charles and he was very helpful, friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner. The apartment is nicely renovated and in an excellent location with a high walking and biking score. Great for students! It was the first apartment we looked at but because of the fantastic location and condition of the apartment as well as the great service we received from Charles and the team, we chose to end our search here.

Genuinely terrible landlords and poor property management. Landlords make up lies to keep deposits e.g. saying you didn't pay last month of rent when they ask for first and last months rent upon move in. They purposefully make themselves unavailable despite living in the building by not picking up calls or answering emails. Most people don't go through the hassle to fight them. If you do try and politely approach them, they'll outright yell at you and be aggressive.

Cute studios , clean building and great administration.
