The food is good the price is reasonable and the service was excellent. The restaurant is old but it has character. We ordered the sea food with salad it was 22$ the superstar poutine 17 and the regular poutine 17. They were all good . I recommend and would go again.
Went for breakfast this morning. Ordered the waffle and fruit. My guy ordered the everything breakfast. It was plentiful, delicious and came out quickly We also ordered the green smoothie and the orange smoothie. I give this place a 10 star if I could.
On Saturday August 27, 2022 my family and I came to this establishment. I can honestly say it was one of the most embarrassing moments in my life. We were not seated nor given the option to wait for a table. At first we thought the hostess was joking but it was apparent that there would be no room for us. We are a visual minority family and my mother was wearing a head scarf. I politely told the hostess we could wait for a table or she could split our family into 2 tables. She simply said "I don't know why but I can't give you a table". I spent most of the evening trying to come up with excuses for this while my kids asked why we couldn't get a table. For context there were multiple empty tables and booths, and we were not given an option to wait. It has been 4 days since this happened and I still can't shake the feeling that we were denied service due to being different. Maybe they were understaffed, or maybe they had reservations. Either way I have never been denied service in my life and try to explain this incident to children, ohh it's tough. Good luck to Mike's, I really hope we read the situation wrong. If so please train your staff. If we were discriminated against, shame on you.
There was power outage in the village area and we were late for dinner and restaurants were closed which had veg options. So we ordered from mikes last minute over phone as online it was showing that the delivery option was closed as it was past the specified time to order for delivery and they were happy to help us. The food got delivered in time and it was great! Thank you mikes!
The restaurant is spacious. The staff are friendly but the service is slow considering so few customers on a Monday night. There’s pop music c in the background and there are 3 TV in the bar area. It’s disappointing they do not serve dinner rolls so we were pretty hungry waiting for the meals. The lasagna is above average. We asked for well done and it’s properly cooked. The cod fillets are worse than the Captain Highliner frozen products. Not fresh. very fishy. Batter really hard and bad looking - I have attached a picture. Won’t order that again. Cesar salad is good though.
The customer service was very good. The food was OK but it could have been better. It tasted a bit bland.
Delicious food, variety of options available for vegetarian people. I love the taste. We visited Mont-Tremblent and were returning to Montreal, this restaurant is near by and great option. Not much waiting outside and prompt service.
Consistent food quality good and variety. Breakfast selections are unique and tasty. Staff is always friendly yet unilingual French. Bathrooms are clean, yet only half the sinks work in either men's or women's.
Food was ok, but it wasn't served hot our table and the one next to us. Service was pretty bad also.Food: 2/5
Ordered their stuffed crust pizza and was pleasantly surprised! Not greasy! Perfect crust and fresh toppings, all around high score on a great pizza experience!
