We were a group of 6 people. Our whole experience was amazing except the hostess which was supposed to be the ambassador for the place: probably she was having a bad day. Our waitress was super amazing and the food is very delicious. We ordered 4 different flavours of pizzas, pasta, mushrooms risotto and a calamari starter. Everything taste just perfect. I will definitely recommend this place, but again if you're a big group you might feel it a bit pricey. I recommend to sit at the terrace if the weather is good.
Enjoyed the authentic Italian food on a great patio! The bar menu is also very good. Hard to find good Grappas at restaurants, but this place had an excellent selection of it! Really enjoyed it! The service was fantastic. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The chef let us try his special authentic spicy sauce which was so good. I highly recommend this place!
The chef went above and beyond to make the Pappardelle Piemontese gluten free for us and it was superbe. This might have been the best pasta I've ever tasted, if I'm honest. Our server was prompt, patient, and courteous. Make sure to try the Carpaccio Di Manzo appetizer, it melts in your mouth. I'm craving some just writing about it... We will make sure to come back every time we're in Mont Tremblant. Dietary restrictions: Extremely amenable to our dietary restrictions. Above and beyond.
So glad I found this gem! Nice place with a hipster vibe and great service. The food was very fresh and of great quality. The calamari was exquisite. The pistachio rigatoni was delicious and perfectly balanced. The tartelette au citron was a pleasant surprise and so refreshing. Would definitely go againFood: 5/5
I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. They didn’t even acknowledge his birthday in any manner. The food was good: green salad, bruschetta, and carbonara. The latter had the yolk on top of the pasta for you to mix yourself. That’s not traditional but it tasted fine. The $20 5oz wine was a rip off and wouldn’t recommend. The waiter was attentive; no complaints there. For the amount of money we spent, $170 that includes tip, it was not worth it.
The most horrible organization and staffing I have seen. We arrived at 2pm to make a reservation and were told they don’t make reservations. We showed back up at 6:10 to a line of 3 groups of 3-5 ppl ahead. We waiting until 6:30 until we saw any staff approach the door when we learned that the first group ahead was a family of 30. Then the hostess called the family up and we were surrounded by the family, but they were not seated until 6:44. We then were not approached by staff until 6:53 where we were told it would be 30-40 MORE minutes until we could be seated. We left. At no point were any group other than the group of 30 spoken to by staff and so no warning of the wait was told. There are plenty of empty tables, the photo attached is of the patio when there is a wait 30-40 minute wait. Over half empty. If a restaurant will take a 30 person impromptu group they should be staffed to fill the restaurant at least. As someone who works in service and believes in good custom service my advise is to educate staff on communication. Had we been spoken to or addressed throughout the process of the wait ahead we could have been informed to choose to wait or not. Not speaking with any of the 20+ customers in line created only added frustration that could have easily been avoided.
Lovely to visit again. We visited for a late lunch. Aperol Spritz spot on. Calamari was tender and the veal meatballs and spaghetti were good. Service outstanding. We will be back. Parking: Best spot is the paid parking lot near the top of the Mont-Tremblant village bear the Homeward Suites by Hilton. Around $13 for a few hours.
Mostly Italian fare - good for the veg diner. Had the Margherita pizza - the bread was very good, ingredients fresh although a bit more seasoning in the sauce would have helped. Had a side of rapini that were very tough to chew, or even cut for that matter. As a solo diner was offered a seat at the bar, so my dining experience was watching Jeopardy and drinks being made...
I wanted to love this place SO MUCH. I know how hard it is to start a new place on the mountain. The rent and competition is high. A Trattoria in the middle of the mountain? It’s a great idea. However, being a local as and knowing this was replacing coco pazzo, I also had high expectations. The food was okay. The entree was good and the pasta dishes we shared were okay/good as well. Tremblant is the kind of place I don’t mind to spend more money on in fact, I expect to.My suggestion would be to look at the supply chain a bit closer and increase those prices in the menu. Id rather pay 1.5x more and get better ingredients than what I ate. Your rent is high enough as it is, go get these premium ingredients. I hope you guys the best. Good luck! - Olivier
It was mine and my bf's first time at A Mano and we absolutely loved it. Food, drinks, and service were amazing. Olivier served us and was an excellent host. We look forward to coming back
