I recently had the pleasure of training at the Total Martial Arts Centre in Timmins.

I've trained martial arts for fifteen years and I was very impressed by Total Martial Arts. In particular, the head coach, Matthew Poulin, embodies all that's best about martial arts: he's skillful, confident, humble, and open-minded. An excellent combination of qualities. My favourite classes were Brazilian Jujitsu and Muay Thai.

I'd recommend this school to anyone interested in martial arts, and I will definitely be returning there when I'm next in Timmins.
