East End Health Network

At one time it was an excellent clinic and care was the greatest. Now!!!! It’s been a night since they had all those cuts. Now we’re bouncing from one RPN to another. Now I have an appointment at night in a clinic with a replacement RPN that knows nothing of my history. One thing good though the nurses there are great.

My personal experiance at the East End Family Clinic has been terrible. You try to call and no one answers! Getting an Appointment is next to impossible. Out of 5 or 6 attempts to get an appointment I have only managed to see my N.P. once. There were 3 cancellations, One Appointment with a Nurse and One Appointment with a student N.P. Seeing a Dr is not possible . The Dr's are quitting. The system is getting worse. Ob Wed August 16 I arrived at the East End Family Health at Northern College only to have my Appointment canceled once again! I have never encountered a Health care facility so poorly run as this place is. I ferl very sorry for the two NP's that are there. They are over worked and probably burnt out. If I could have given a zero rating I would have.

Its truly unfortunate they only see students on Thursdays. The staff is otherwise fantastic.
