Had a massage by Kristie Salter for my severe chronic back pain. It was hands down the BEST massage I have ever received and she was able to pinpoint and explain where the pain was coming from as well as demonstrate exercises that will help strengthen the problem areas. I have been for many massages but this appointment was a real breakthrough! Highly recommend her !!
I am currently in acute back pain and was referred to see an osteopath...I had never heard of osteopathy before the last few months and I'm so glad I know what it is now! I just had my first appointment and I'm so impressed with the methods used! Despite the pain, I was able to feel some relief! I look forward to seeing how this helps me over the next few weeks
