Story

Lavy's Gym & Fitness Center offers a wide variety of services and products to help keep you looking and feeling your best! We offer an 11,000 square foot facility complete with Mr & Mrs Lavy changes rooms equipped with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and essentials. An all new Gym, set with sweat towels, a variety of cardio machines, stationary weight machines, a plyometric playground, free weights and so much more on a built in rubber floor. A wide variety of instructed classes from Spintastic to Fitness Foundations! A state of the art Dojo with Buschi Martial Arts offering martial arts classes for both juniors and adults. We have Lay Down and Stand Up Tanning Beds with a supply of lotions available for everyone, a Relaxation Masseuse, and a TriPolar Regeneration Specialist and highly motivated team with 3 Onsite Certified Personal Trainers!
