SO helpful! Answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. No hidden agenda (like Goodlife's "let's get you a personal trainer" schemes). Nothing but honest, professional service with a friendly touch. Would recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

Best gym in timmins! Has all the equipment for any type of workouts. Friendly staff and great atmosphere ! It's much better then good life gym !
