At Torq Car Rental our services include daily, weekly, and monthly rentals as well as insurance replacements and direct billing to insurance companies.

We understand that convenience is key and so we offer pickups and drop offs for our clients within many areas including Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ).

Do not rent from these people!!! I was in a car accident and the tow truck driver recommended I get a rental from them. There was no washer fluid and under a quarter tank of gas. They take money out of your account without consent (there is a pending charge on my visa) and charge for you to return the vehicle before the insurance settlement has been made. I am not comfortable driving since my accident, and they refuse to allow me to return the vehicle unless I pay $250 out of my pocket as an “early return fee” - the early return fee being before the insurance settlement was finished.

Was in a accident torq rental recommend from tow driver awful experience it had no gas and no windshield washer fluid. The windshield was very dirty I tried to clean it and it would just smudge. I called to see if I could get out of the car and go to a rental my insurance suggested, they said it would be $250.00 I don’t understand there should be no contract. I then called back 5 days later to switch the car they had no more cars left in that class. On top of everything they charged my credit card $474.53. 
I am so upset about everything this company has put me through I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would give them a zero stars.

It was such a pleasure for me to work for Torq Car Rental. Being a co-op student, I've a gained a lot of knowledge and experience. I am very thankful of Anja, Zubair, Mark, Fahad, Mohsin and Mr. Ali. My experience with you guys and this company was amazing. Everyone is professional  and helpful. I prefer everyone to do business with this company. The vehicles  are new and these guys are very friendly with their customers.

horrible service by this company. I rented a car for a few days while my car was at the mechanic, and when my father returned the car, he forgot to remove a few other things from the car. This rental company did not even check the car inside once it was returned and immediately rented it out to another customer. I have called many times to inquire about my things and the company did not even offer to drop my belongings back to my house. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I still do not have my things with me, and will never be going back to this company again. Horrible customer service, it is literally common sense to check a car you rented out to people once they return it to you.
