I cannot say enough good about Eastgate Ford and their incredible team. I've worked with my sales rep Sharon Maynard for 20+ years and she has always gone above and beyond with the entire customer experience. No pressure, no tactics, great communication, really everything you would hope for. The dealer owner Lance Richter is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with as well. I've purchased many vehicles from them over the years and have just taken delivery of my dream ride, an F-150 Lightning EV which I need to send a special thank you to them for as even being a day one reservation holder, it is not an easy truck to get. Thank you Sharon and Lance!
Bought a used cat at Ford Eastgate. Amazing client service and they also included 2 free oil services, tire/disk warranty for 1 year. They did all paper work and I got the car nice and clean.
The minute you come on the lot someone will greet you and ask if they can help. If your just looking they let you explore. Once you see something you like they are there to help. They are not pushy. A very professionally run dealership. I had the best experience when looking for a vehicle. Nick’s knowledge and patience gave me the best experience.
I had placed a deposit on a incoming 2022 mustang GT black. I waited three weeks then was told that someone else placed a deposit the day before I did. My sales associate Sharon called me and gave me the disappointing news. She then did everything she could to get me another incoming unit at a generous discount $3000 to make up for the mistake and confusion. I then seen they had an eruption green GT available with all the options I wanted and more. Sharon was wonderful with placing my name on this new green mustang. Sharon was argentine and responded to all of my calls, messages and questions promptly. She worked hard at keeping me happy as a customer and in the end I got a way nicer mustang the I was expecting! Thanks again for all of your help Sharon!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership until recently. I bought a brand new 2014 Mustang in the fall of 2013 and have required very little repairs until now. I took my Mustang in for an oil change Aug. 4th at 1030. At the end of the oil change I was alerted to the front lower right ball joint needing to be replaced. Initially it was recommended to change both driver and passenger ball joints. They quoted me at almost $1,300. I told them I would go to my mechanic as I knew he would do it for a fraction of the price 700$. I was also told my tires desperately needed to be replaced at 3/32”, which is not disputable. I took it to my mechanics who said the driver side ball joint was perfectly fine and not to have it replaced as it would be “money out of your pocket that doesn’t need to be spent right now.” A week later I take my car to my mechanics and he replaced the lower right ball joint as well as the sway bar. My car ran beautifully after that. My mechanic mentioned the tires as well. I told him that I was waiting to replace the tires until the ball joint was done as there would be no point replacing the tires before the front end work was done. Fast forward 2 weeks later Aug. 25th, I take my Mustang to Ford yesterday to have my new tires put on, as well as have an alignment done. At the end of this repair, I was told that the front brakes need to be done brake pads and rotors, an additional 768$ plus tax. I declined that yesterday. I pick up my car this morning and drive home and then my husband takes my car for errands and calls me an hour later to say there was no way an alignment was done. We drive back down to Ford this afternoon and they’re telling me it’s because I didn’t replace the driver side lower ball joint. They did another alignment and the car is only a tiny bit better than it was leaving the dealership this morning. We go back to my mechanics and relay all of this to him. His reply was the same as last time: the driver side ball joint is fine, they’re Ford trying to place the blame on him. End of story, I want a refund on the alignment as that was 150$ plus tax for a service that has made my car worse now than it was prior to my new tires. And I am now having to go to another car service to have a “3rd” alignment done. Picture is reference to how bad the initial alignment done yesterday. This is my car with my wheels straight. When I take my foot off the gas and press the brake, my wheels then turn to the left. It’s a nightmare.
I was treated as a valued customer by Sharon and the rest of the team the second I stepped through the doors. The owner went out of his way to introduce himself to me and thank me for my business as well. Sharon worked with my crazy work schedule and timeline to ensure I got the vehicle & features I wanted in this market. I truly felt Eastgate Ford went above & beyond for me in comparison to other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. I will definitely be giving them my business going forward and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
If you are looking for an F150 or any Ford for that matter you will get best service from Tyler Edwards. He is kind, patient and works hard to find you what your looking for. I had to downsize trucks and he was able to find the best option for me whole sticking to my budget and meeting my criteria for the options. In a market with less inventory and increased demand Tyler makes you feel like family. Thank you for welcoming me to my first Ford. I am highly appreciative of his excellent service.
Our company recently needed service on one of our vehicles and we were blown away by the experience we had at Eastgate Ford. They provided fast and professional service that exceeded our expectations in every way. The work was completed for a price that was $2000 less than any other quotes we received and was finished 5 weeks sooner than anyone else had quoted us at the time. Simply amazing! Our service advisor was Diane, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. She was always available to answer questions and ensure that we were completely satisfied with the work being done. Our company vehicle was in great hands and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. 5 stars all the way!
Hands down the best Dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Our sales person Ron Jegeris is an absolute pro, he’s very friendly and made us feel welcome, explained every detail, not one time were we left thinking we got ripped off or could have got a better deal somewhere else. He even surprised us with the delivery of our new vehicles and made sure they were take home ready ASAP. Lance Richter is another key person in our transaction, he welcomed us to the dealership each time and made us feel like we’ve been friends for years. We’re never going to another dealership. Thanks again! We’re beyond happy
The vehicle we went to look for sold the previous day. Sales rep was helpful to find us the car of our dreams. We are happier than if we got the one we originally went for. Super knowledgeable staff who's happy to help. They don't over pressure, made the whole process super easy.
