Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The experience with the rental car was fine. Was able to get a car and returned it with no issue. However, one thing really bugged me when I picked it up. I was being strong armed to take the extended coverage. The guy kept telling me that I am not covered on my car and that it would be recommended I get this extended coverage to protect myself in case of accident. He was saying that they consider scratches of certain lengths to be damage and would take deductible right away. He was saying that it would help me sleep better at night if I took it. I declined and called my insurance company. They told me that I am fully covered with my company and urged me to say no to extended coverage. This ruined my experience as I felt as if I was being taken advantage of and was being coerced to take their extended coverage. Needless to say, I would probably not get a rental at this location next time.

Girlfriend had rented a car from this location due to an insurance claim after writing her vehicle off. When insurance stopped paying for the rental and we assumed the rental payments there were some miscommunications between lower level staff and us which resulted in unexplained costs and confusion as to when the car was to be returned ( fault to be split between my girlfriend and lower level staff ) I spoke with the manager Brian and he very quickly and easily made sense of everything and rectified the entire situation within minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to resolve the issues. Could not be happier with the quality of service provided by Brian! Would absolutely recommend.

Honoured an online weekend deal even though it was the holiday Easter weekend. Did not have the Hyundai Elantra I reserved online. Only had to other options that afternoon as it was very busy.

Terrible, Terrible, terrible. Thank God I have good insurance who are reimbursing me for most of enterprises error. Fill up the tank before you return and make sure you actually have a full tank when you pick up...if you decide to use them, which I highly suggest you do not.

There are not a lot of cars worst place to rent a car my experience was very bad I don’t recommend this place
