Valued member since 2011 I've been a seasons pass holder since 2011 and we come out at least two times a year with the kids. I always took it for granted until visiting zoos around the world, and having seen how others look, I must admit that the Toronto Zoo is definitely world class. Clean, lots of food options and they are spaced it fairly consistently throughout the park. The exhibits are well maintained and the staff are always very courteous. The only knock would be that the external parking lot (after the inner lots are full) are quite a ways away (7-10 min walk), but we could all use some exercise!

This place was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! The animals that you get to see are very exotic, magestic, superb and just very cool to see and interact with. The zoo's staff is very friendly and helpful throughout and they are very efficient in their work. The Zoo is also great for the family because Adults will love to take pictures with the animals, see them and to learn about the animals. Kids will be fascinated by the plants that have been planted in the zoo and they will be very interested in the animals there. Overall, I think that the Toronto Zoo is a GREAT place to visit with the family. :D

The keepers are super friendly and knowledgeable and the map is easy to follow. The animals were so cute, my boyfriend and I were so excited with all the animals we got to see! We went recently, so some weren't out yet, but overall it was amazing! It's so big we didn't get to finish it all in 1 day so we'll definitely be back when it gets warmer! A great way to spend the day! Definitely pee when you see a bathroom though because sometimes they feel few and far between.

I started going to the zoo when I had my baby. I got the membership which for me has been a great value. Its a great way to walk around and see some animals. The zoo keepers clearly love the animals. One great example was our experience at the otter exhibit. My son loves to watch the playful otters. The otter handler came over while he was on his lunch break to talk with us he got the otters to do a bunch of tricks. The kids loved it.
