Absolutely amazing service. Booked a large van from the airport to our place. Great service right from start to finish with reasonable price. Driver was really nice and friendly. We got delayed in the immigration for 3 hrs after landing, but the driver didn't leave us. I am so glad and thankful for that. Definitely using it the next time.
If I could give no stars, I would. I called a few days before my flight to check about the rates because I'm travelling with a pet. The rates seemed reasonable, so I booked a cab. I scheduled a 6:30am pickup to get to the airport super early since we're checking in my dog. Day of comes around, we're waiting for the cab. I figured they're running a few minutes late, no big deal. Eventually 10mins later, I text the same number that confirmed my pickup and no answer. I called twice and no answer, but a voicemail that doesn't even have a business message. So eventually at 6:50, I scramble to try to find someone else to take us to the airport but of course, they're all busy so we ended up having to take our car. I haven't heard a peep from them since, and will not be using their services, since I didn't this time either. Do not recommend.
Definitely do not suggest this business! We requested a pick-up in Toronto for the Pearson Airport early on. When I phoned again after 35 minutes after being informed it would take 20 to 25 minutes, the operator stated, "Oh, we do not have someone available for the day. Please call another company." Why would you advise people to wait for the ride while saying nothing about any drivers till we contacted back? Just give this business a call if you have a flight to miss or extra time to kill. Please refrain from trying, anyone else!

On the afternoon of Feb 13th, I booked for 6:45 A.M. taxi pick-up on Feb 14th. This was for transport to Pearson Airport. No taxi came or called. I called the taxi company and got voicemail, but there was no room in the mailbox! Had to get another company quickly to get us to the airport to catch the flight. Will not ever use them again. I did the booking by phone and was never given or offered a confirmation number. We did confirm the booking time and location to each other clearly. The phone call was at about 6:30 P.M. on February 13th.Service: Limousines

My guests felt a warm welcome in an inspiring city.needed a larger car to take my family and I to the airport on Christmas morning so I called this company to book the night before and was assured that if I booked online, I would receive a confirmation email and the taxi would arrive the next morning despite it being Christmas morning. I submitted the booking form on the website and received the confirmation email, which said that the driver would call me 30 minutes before pickup time. The next morning, I did not receive a call from the driver 30 minutes before, and no car showed up at the pickup time. Used this airport taxi for a round trip a few weeks ago. Going to the airport was fine. Coming back the driver left me and my family including a young baby at the airport without any notice. After reaching out, driver said he had an emergency which is totally fine, and asked me to reach out to the manager and ask them to send another driver. Imagine waiting at the airport for another limo to come to pick you and your family up and take you home, all during rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon. Poor communication.
