Rented a limo for my daughters graduation. The limo was 40 min late and noone bothered to contact me. When it did arrive it was dirty and the driver was wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and a pair of flip flops. Further, the "discounted" cash rate i paid was no less expensive. Very unperfessional.
