Overall not a bad pizza. The amount of toppings are very generous. I like that there wasn't too much sauce. Their standard pizza comes as a thin type of crust and it is not greasy. I wish they would add more cheese. The prices were very fair - I would definitely try pizza from here again.
Amazing taste and quality all loved it.. I tried 4 different types of pizzas Mediterranean Chicken, Buffualo Chicken, Thai Sensation & Meatball Amore all amazing in taste, & quantity. Thanks to Luqman for all recommendations!!
We ordered 2 large pizzas and what was delivered was not what we ordered. When we called to advise of the error -they advised they would remake and send out replacement pizzas "as quickly as possible" but they did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. They refused to give an ETA on the delivery of the replacement and as a result - our family ended up having supper after 9 PM because it took them an hour to deliver the first incorrect pizzas and then another 45 mins + to get the replacements. We usually buy from your competitors but thought we would give Toppers a shot.. maybe we should stick with your competitors who do what it takes to keep my business... I don't believe the customer is always right and appreciate that mistakes can happen... when you're spending $50 on pizza and the completely wrong order is delivered - some sort of restitution would have been appreciated as a gesture of customer service.
Decided to order from here for the first time as on Ubereats they had a pickle sticks two for one deal. Was pleasantly surprised when we received our order as this is one of the best pizzas I have had in Ottawa. Came hot and fresh and the sticks were delightful. Will definitely be ordering here from now on.
Super fast and lots of parking, sauce and cheese are above average, although mostly in the center of the pie, the dough is average and the toppings while fresh were very lightly added. Every second bite got to taste them. Tuesday's deal is buy a large for a medium price, sounds like great deal, I wouldn't pay over $20 for a two topping "medium" from here again, thanks for dinner
If you use the app to order, then be sure to check your receipt carefully. The receipt never matches prices listed on the app and you may be overcharged. I was overcharged today, and they gave me the credit back on the app.
We did an online order and accidentally added our free toppings twice resulting in a double charge, but this wasn’t our issue. What our issue was is that our “double topping pizza” looked no different than a regular one. We were missing “extra cheese” on several parts of the pizza and the topping amount was also sparse. Under normal circumstances I wouldn’t care, but for double the amount it felt like half of what we should have gotten. Quite disappointed overall since the total came out to over $45 and left a lot to be desired.
Wish they would offer the Pepperoni Explosion on other Delivery services Ubereats, Skip, Dash. Their $6.00 delivery charge is ridiculous.
Please stay away from here me and my siblings ate their pizza yesterday and we woke up every hour vomiting vigorously and no matter what we tried we kept vomiting, and now 18 hours later stomach still hurts very much and can’t move because of this disgusting pizza
Been going here for more than a decade. Always consistent. They need to update their online ordering to catch the click for dipping sauce or something. Twice now it ended up not included in the total when I got there, but both times they gave me a complimentary one. Great customer service imho
