DO NOT GO HERE. I've been a local for 2+ decades. This Wendy's used to be great. Now, I can't order without it being a complete disappointment. The final straw that led to this review was raw bacon with dripping white grease on my salad. Please get it together because I'm done with this location now that safety is compromised.
The food was what you expect, good when it's warm. Drive through at this location Orleans, MA leans toward the long side with little reasoning as to the delay. The prices are fair if you know how to maximize a value meal. I've been burned at drive through, so now I check the meal upon receiving it and driving away, because they're us nothing worse than getting out of line and finding you don't have any dipping sauce for your nuggets, or a spoon for the frosty.
We found a white pill in our sandwich we are very upset and concerned for the community This should never happen to anyone We very very very upset and disappointed The owner is arrogant and not understanding of this matter. He acted like it was our fault and not there's . Bad businessman
Fast service and really good fast food. The dining room is very clean.
Went in for my vetran's day free breakfast combo. Staff was very pleasant, food was up to Wendy's standards. Altogether OK.Food: 5/5
Service was quick and on par for a fast food restaurant, but expensive. A meal and a kids meal cost us 18.00.
Twice here, twice my order was horribly wrong. First time, guy not so nice or quick in correcting it. Second time, the young girl was apologetic and very nice about correcting it in a timely manor. Food is always good, but the special orders seem to have been a challenge at this location. Update. Since going in and avoiding drive thru everything has been great. The people working the front don't speak English very well, but are very polite and try very hard. Orders are correct and good.

It's Wendy's. That's not a bad thing, but it's still just fast food. Service is fast and the food is.......fast food.Food: 3/5
Staff are always courteous, professional. Food always good. Struggling team that work very good together to assist there customers. Only safety issue. The restroom floors are always slippery. Today no toilet paper. Didn't report to staff because they are so busy to fulfill customers food orders. Thank you for looking into.
