NOT IMPRESSED!
Had booked this Top Move Inc. almost 2 weeks ago.
Just received a call 5 minutes before they were to arrive, saying that their truck broke down and the driver called in sick.
Huge disappointment and now having to scramble to find a new moving company at the 11th hour.

They were available on short notice and didn't have a 4 hour minimum like other movers did, and were fairly priced. They were friendly as well.

We were concerned with how long it was taking at first, but they couldn't help it. The elevator wasn't blocked off for us and it was clearly not their fault. Once we got to the second location they moved everything very quickly.

I would never use these movers again.  The guys were friendly - but the workmanship was poor.  A three hour job turned out to be 5 hours.
30 boxes, a new bed which was already packaged and a table!! unbelievable not to mention that they locked their van keys in the van and wasted my time to retrieve them-  Were going to put together the bed for me and started to do this and then not have the tools to finish the job!!  Tell me ahead of time that we do not have the proper tools to do this instead of 1/2 job!!  The knife that they borrowed from me is missing!!

I’ve used Top Move service once a few years ago and was VERY impressed with their service quality level and professionalism. The staff who came to pack my 2 bedroom-apartment and moved me the same day within Barnaby were really nice, efficient, courteous, and very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing! I also enjoyed dealing with John, the owner, and the staff and would highly recommend Top Move to anyone who is looking for a smooth, cost effective, reliable, and worry-free move. I’m moving again end of the month (August 2015) and is using their service again because they really are the best!
