I have been shopping at this store for many years buying shoes for my family including my grandchildren. I've had great service until today!, Today was the first time I returned shoes that my grandson wore for 2 month when the fastener broke, he can no longer wear them. I had bought him Skechers, very expensive,Starwars shoes. The sales person was very rude and told me that my 5 year old grandson was to hard on his shoes and she would not do anything for me...... I will no longer shop at this store or recommend it to anyone if that's how they stand behind the products they sell.... Very poor service !!!
