My rating is based on my past 2 customer service experiences.  Problem is I didn’t have any customer service.  I saw 3 staff in the building all hanging out at the front desk with 1-2 customers at most in the checkout line.  I wandered around looking for just the right winter jacket and gear.  I walked out empty handed with all my money.  Won’t be back to this location.

Great service and selection. prices are on target. look out for sales you will save a lot.

The website indicated they had the product i wanted in stock. I came out to the store and they told me that the product was likely in the back and staff would not bother getting it for me. If you are interested in wasting your time, this is the perfect store for you.

Awesome prices, and the staff are very helpful. They honoured a sale price that I had missed because I was in another town at the time. Made my day.
