ALDO Shoes

I love Aldo and have had great experiences in the past but this location was disappointing. It took several minutes of awkward waiting until one of the staff members stopped chatting with her coworkers and wandered towards me. None of the shoes in various styles I asked about came in my size. I made sure to confirm that Aldo did carry my size, however apparently didn't stock my size in the 7+ pairs I asked about.

I bought a wallet with the Aldo brand name. It looked nice but very poor design. With credit cards in all the slots wallet will not snap closed. Also compartment for loose change has a gap so coins can slip out. I am returning this item.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I ordered a handbag from the store so I expected to get it in few days but I didn’t!! I called and visited there but nobody helped me!! I will never ever go to this place again!

The both times I have been there the staff were always very attentive and provided great advice. I have larger sized feet which makes shoe shopping less than pleasant as most things on display don't come in my size but they were always more then happy to search in the back for a style that was similar to ones that I pointed out. They did this multiple times and with a smile on their face each time so I appreciate their effort very much.

THE WORST customer service. I like the shoes but this locations staff is subpar. I'll never shop that location again.
