A great shopping area with everything you might need. It's quieter on weekdays. A little more crowded on weekends.

The store is very organized and very clean.Staff are very helpful and friendly.Customer service overall is very good.Pricing of mens clothes is excellent and the quality of clothing is very good!The cashier line is very wide and clean.The lines dont last long as staff are keeping it moving.

A wonderful lady named Ashley helped me today to pick out a rug for my husband who has dementia. She dropped what she was doing to show me different options and shared her personal background. I haven’t had customer service like hers in a long time. WTG Winners Ashley was so great.n-Janice Braun

I called the waterloo store looking to see if they had a specific item that I was going to purchase several of and was told it is company policy that they will not able to check availability for me. I expressed that I live more than an hour away and willing to drive to purchase these items if available and was refused.I called the woodstock store and they happily helped me with locating the items I was looking for. They were so kind and helpful. Maybe the waterloo location should step up and provide proper customer service. Too bad for you waterloo. You lost out on a more than $600 sale.

I recently find this is a great place to find pet supplies!! Something like scratchers, beds even cleaning wipes, literally half of the price than PetSmart.
