Purchased a pair of sandals, brought them home tried to wear them and they were flawed.My foot would fall off the sandal and twist my ankle, I got someone else to try them and The same thing happened so I took them back. The Sales person told me there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the shoe and she could not give me my money back she said I should not have worn them I told her I had to wear them for 10 minutes to find out that they could not be worn. In the meantime another lady in the store overheard the conversation and was about to purchase the same sandals, she decided she better try them on and she said oh my God I cannot wear these shoes they do not fit properly and your foot will slide off. Well still no luck she refused to give me my money back I was forced to purchase a pair of shoes and pay the extra money so I will not be going back to that store. Very poor policy.
I went into the store asking if they had anything to clean my UGG boots.. I was told they did and was sold a product ensuring it would clean my UGG's Long story short, $220 for the boots and $40 on cleaning product down the drain. The product took the colour out of my boots and ruined them.
Service was very good, friendly staff. They have pretty good variety. Prices a bit high I've bought same shoe for half the price in the States,at exchange rate. Canadian companies not trying hard to keep us at home.
Very poor experience. Bought my daughter Uggs for Christmas after I left the store I realized the lady had charged me $50++ more than the boots were on sale for. I returned to the store where they returned the boots I had purchased and resold me the boots at the sale price. The staff proceeded to tell me that the sale ended tomorrow and that is why they were scanned improper. I returned to the store today to inquire about returning the boots as my daughter did not like them. Low and behold the sale price was still advertised?? Tells you something about the sales person who would lie about the sale ending. I didn’t have my original receipt so I was told exchange only? Very disappointed will not shop there again!! I had ordered boots online after purchasing the UGGs and will be returning them solely because I do not want to support the store based on negative experiences beginning with being over charged!! Update: thanks to the district manager who was able to locate my receipt thru head office I was able to return the UGGS. Store experience was still not 100% at time of return but I am now a happy customer
Warning... this is a long winded review, but necessary. I had a very bad experience at the Tootsies store in Station Mall yesterday that brought me to tears. The staff member was working alone . When I got to the store at 4:30 p.m. I was in alot of pain, as I suffer from degenerative disc disease and had put on flat unsupportive shoes that day. The salesman was with another customer, but when he was available, I asked him for his opinion on what shoe I should get for comfort and support. He replied that I can't have both because any shoe that is comfortable i.e. Sketchers do not have the support I would need because I am a heavy girl. I was trying on running shoes while he was helping other customers. He suggested two brands for me to try on. One was Merrils and the other, Asics. After about one hour of trying on shoes without any assistance, I found the shoe that I wanted but couldn't find its mate. He said it was probably a display model. He did look for the box but made it clear he wasn't happy about it. While I was there I also bought some gel inserts to try on the Merrill and Asics shoes wit. I inadvertently took out one of the Merrill shoe inserts and he chastised me for it saying "that he would have to go through every box to find that shoe." He wouldn't even accept an apology from me. I am not one to stick up for myself. I have low self-esteem and he really made me feel so bad about myself that when I left the store, I immediately went to the ladies room and cried for 15 minutes. No salesperson has the right to treat a customer that way, no matter what kind of day he or she had.
Plenty of styles to choose from. I always feel like this is an anchor store in Station Mall, sure to get much busier with the closing of the mall s Walmart. It is a self service shoe store,while I am searching for a size attendant comes over and says if you need help let us know friendly, didn't offer his name to call him. We have purchased from this store and will continue.
Staff is quite helpful. Although I wasn't there for long, they helped me size my Birkenstocks. Unfortunately, they didnt have my size so I took my business elsewhere
Good customer service, a lot of shoes seem to be house brand but they're a good price.
Shoe transaction went great. Sales associate was kind and helpful, store has a great variety too.
I was shopping and their was teenagers shopping and the employed brushed them off .. l have a teenage that lives to shop . Each shopper should be treated the same .Employees are very judgemental.
