Was right there to help and returned to make sure we found what were looking for ..and had what we were looking for
It wasn't very good at all. I just arrived and opened the door to Payless. Right away the young lady behind the desk say we only accept cash! I stood there for a few second I was stunned. I shook head and then left the store. I never heard of a shoe store not accepting debit of credit card. I went home and looked up the store on line to see if they had web site. I had their number so I called. I asked about a web site and they didn't have one for Canada. The young lady stated there was one for the states but would not be able to order from there. I explained that I was in the store earlier today and they only accepted cash she said yes it was me that said that as our machine wasn't working.. I said Oh Well you could of said that instead of say we only accept cash. I found her very snarky. I had to click on star but that is not how I feel. She deserve none.
Big selection of shoes. Staff are helpful.
