Amazing and friendly service! I was in a bit of a pinch needing a last-minute repair before a trip. I knew going in I might not be successful with my request but the staff was kind enough to accommodate my timeline, without hesitation. I always prefer to shop local and days like today are the reason why. Thank you to the entire staff for all-around excellent service!
You can't get a better shoe then they have that I know of. The quality is the best. Yes they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. You need a new sole, strap, maybe a shoe stretched go see Bill there. He has many years experience and well qualified for the position. The rest of the staff are always wanting to help you to find the right shoe. Running shoe, work shoe/boot, slippers etc. Go there you will be glad you did.

Super helpful and knowledgable staff, great selection of quality footwear. While in the store, a customer came in to find a product that was not carried at Bergamin's. The employee directed them to a retailer who carried that particular product. That's fantastic customer service! Helping a customer find what they need, even if it's at a different store!

Very good visit, had dealt with them in the past and keep going back... I know a gentleman that works there as well and even without him there and me talking to him they have treated me good. Only thing I have as a con to shopping here is situational... They don't have much of options for work boots soles where I work is extreme heat... But outside of work I use a pair of Irish setters I bought there... Top Knotch.
Went in for boot laces, always very friendly and great to deal with. Got the laces and they fit perfectly! Prices are great, way better than what we found at big box stores. Definitely recommend!
Knowledgeable staff with a good variety of quality footwear. Didn't have whT I was looking for but sent to another shoe store that may have. Appreciated.
