Great shoes but the staff doesn't seem all that knowledgeable

Very limited stock of different sizes in store, out of 5 that I tried they only had the 42 size for two. 

Some of the staff are not friendly. They'd give you strange looks if you ask to try different shoes. 

YMMV but I had an unpleasant experience at this store. Try the one on Mcgill college and you might have a better experience.

The service was quite bad when we arrived. There was no one else in the store and two employees and no one came to serve us. After requesting assistance they didn't even measure my son's size correctly so the shoe did not fit and their advertised sale only included one shoe. Needless to say we left without buying anything. I've been there before and own Ecco shoes but I won't be back.

The store looks good, the staff is nice, but I don't think you're getting your money's worth for Ecco shoes. 

They boasted how good their shoes were made, but my city winter boots are now coming off the sole and I have to repair them at my expense since I'm off the short 1 year warranty (not to mention they aren't water proof and that they nearly killed me with their ultra slippery sole when there is 1cm of snow on the ground)
