I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a mechanic in Newmarket. They have poor customer service! I recently had my car in for some work and they didn't even call me to tell me the car was done. The car sat in the shop for over two days and they ended up charging me for 5 hours worth of labor just to have the C.V joints replaced! Then they give me back the car and tell me that everything looks good, meanwhile on their service report I noticed that they saw that the wheel bearings are starting to go. You would think a good shop would have the common sense to call their customer while everything is apart to see if they would like to have the additional areas fixed as well. Instead, now I have to pay for a second repair and incur additional labor charges but thankfully it wont be with this company. In Summary, this shop wont do you any favors and their poor customer service will cost you time and money. I would not recommend this shop. They seem to forget the most important value in business, serving your customers needs and managing their expectations.

Toolbox auto shop is awesome. Came in late last friday with a blown brake line on my lexus. The staff stayed late to get me fixed and it was a lot cheaper than i thought it would be! Highly recommend these guys to anyone, thanks to everyone at the Toolbox!
