Elliott's Collision Service

I dealt with this business when it was Elliotts, and they were excellent, now that they are Assured they are HORRIBLE, very immature office staff, very poor customer service and dont get me started about the kid with the hair! Doesn't seem to have any adults running the place! Additional info, finally finished with this place, I noticed they have a small poster explaining that their customers deserve a "10" level of service, I can only guess this is out of 1000, so mission accomplished!!! Wont be back and wont recommend!!! More additional info, I went to start my vehicle this morning and it wouldn't start, no power, I checked under the hood and the idiots left my battery ground cable loose.

Excellent all around. We have had 2 accidents within 6 months. We have had this shop do all repairs for both accidents. Great work and a superior paint job. You can’t even tell our car has been through 2 accidents. I highly recommend them!

Elliott's Collision/Assured Auto Newmarket was absolutely fabulous in managing my rather bizarre problem (a dead rodent on the computer in my dashboard). They oversaw the repair from removal to dealing with the residue odour with professionalism, attention to detail and understanding of my being very distraught. Special thanks to Dan for his kindness.

Run! This company took my car in fixed my car in after an accident but caused more damaged! Which I am now responsible for. They are also locked my keys in the car. Unbelievable! Do not send your car there. I wish I could give them a 0

Elliott's Collision Service exceeded my expectations! My Dodge Nitro looks better than new! Thanks to Jose and the talented group of people at Elliott's. I recommend Elliott's Collision! They even detailed my Nitro inside and out!
