Great service! Justin from NWB was great in managing my vehicle claim. There's an enterprise right across from the shop, making it very easy and convenient to get a rental. Really good service and good quality work on my vehicle. Would recommend to everyone.

Recommended through Insurance company. The work was done as scheduled, and fixed all items damaged in the accident. All staff I felt with were pleasant and showed an high understanding of a superior customer experience. I had the work done two years ago. I have not had an issue. The pain perfectly matches the rest of the car. The car was returned to me clean and nothing was missing. I have no trouble using them again, and may need to soon. I dropped by to get a quote from them last week. I was about 30 minutes early. Someone saw me and invite me in to wait inside. Again, superior customer experience.

Decent place - good at the estimates but follow up not so good - workmanship is decent overall an ok experience

Did not use them as their estimates/ rates were bit higher, but would recommend them. The staff was very friendly and looked knowledgeable to me.
