Nick did a very good job by fixing muffler and catalytic converter which produced a lot of noise. He also replaced front brake pads. Rear wiper blade and turn switch replacement are still to be done after some necessary parts arrive. I know they will also be fixed properly. I recommend this service to those looking for reliable car repairs.
I mean every mechanic has to make money and I don't blame them for that. It's funny how they try to offer a service which is completely irrelevant because they think you are a typical Joe who doesn't know jack about cars and they can sell you a bill of goods. When it's $500,it's not even funny. Overall, they are pretty OK and do a decent job, but still, you can expect some funky charges after the job is done. It's up to you if you are going to come to this shop.Service: Auto brake repair
I would have given them a 5 star if they had have checked my fluids and my wipers., but they did squeeze me in for my battery problem and oil change was done at the same time. I have been going there for about 5 years and l will keep on going back. I was treated very politely and he was kind.Services: Oil change
Replaced four wheels of summer tires for winter. Came in without an appointment. In 20 minutes everything was done. Courteous quick service. The girl at the front desk knows how to do winter fishing. This is unique. Her father taught her how to survive in the wild. These are the kind of people we don't have enough of in Canada right now. Let's support the future.
Changed the oil on my new suv. Next day my driveway had 5 big oil stains. Took the car back… mechanic said they spilled oil in the engine compartment. They did clean it, but I’m left with a ruined driveway. The manager asked that I document the event… after one month, no response. I called hq … they took all the information and promised a call back within 24 hours… two weeks later no response. Never again. My cars will be serviced at other locations… they lost my business.Service: General repairs & maintenance
What canadian people should be.I have cancer,living in my van.But they didnt judged me.Fixed my minivan.They are the nicest people the owner,you can ever meet.I would give them 10 stars if i could!

I got my engine oil changed here and oil was licking so I took my car to dealership and dealer mechanic told me they used after market part and it caused this problem. If you want to save your time and money, I strongly recommend to go to right placenot here and let professionals handle your valuable car.Service: Engine repair
Only asked for change engine oil and check alightment. I dropped off my car and they fixed braking light without my agreement. Guy name Nick lied that they change the braking light without opening the truck because my truck sensor is broke. I talked to Nick on the phone and he said he will fix for free. I went to the same location next week and he was not there. Maybe the owner name Jan and one lady at the counter told me Nick speaks English as second language so Nick probably did not understand clearly what I was saying on the phone. I speak English as second language as well. When we called Meineke, auto message mentioned this call maybe record for training purpose so they should check again. Jan called me next day and saying Nick is having some health issue so he is not in. Jan promised that he will follow up on the matter. Since then it was May 10th 2022, never follow up on. If Jan or lady knew Nick speaks English as a second language and can't communicate with customer Nick should not be in that position. Owner and the lady made a huge mistake. It is Jan and the lady's fault. They do not want to take resposible with the incident. If Nick said we will take a look at the problem and fix it for free, Nick represents Meineke Newmarket location they better take whole responsibility but refused. They are careless and clueless. When I left their store, I left my words kindly, I want the best solution between me and Nick. Absolutely unacceptable what they have done. They can't call themselve as professional mechanics because they are handling cars and they tried to condone. They are handling lives matter. No one can handle our lives on Meineke Newmarket location. You left your reply and you already have my phone number. If you want to make this thing straight, you call me.Services: Oil change
