I don’t normally write reviews, but I thought it was worth a mention. We went there on black Friday towards the end of the day, so it was pretty empty. However, nobody greeted us from the moment we walked in until we left. They were free and not attending other customers at that time but they kept ignoring us when we were trying on boots. We felt very neglected and invisible to them, especially when we realized they greeted other customers after us. It is a shame because they do have great selections of shoes but I decided to go and spent my money somewhere else. :

I love shopping at Tony Pappas Inc. I always find what I need, and it is in good quality of the products and very styly.
I've looked at the Tony Pappas website many times in the past couple of years, but living hundreds of miles and several provinces away, have not ordered for fear sizes won't fit me expensive to return, etc.. I'm now a first-time buyer: a very happy one! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online by brands I know which sizes fit me last week. They arrived via Canada Post in well less than a week I live in a small Rocky Mountain community far from Montreal!, carefully packaged, in excellent condition. The colors were as-shown on the TP website, they were the correct styles and sizes I ordered. Very happy customer! I will definitely order again! Thank you, TP folks.
First time buying at Tony Pappas online. Outstanding Service by Naomi. With her help via email exchange, she was able to recommend products tailored to my needs. I specified what i was looking for and she gave me good insights on a few models to narrow it down to the perfect sandal for my daughter. Thank you. well deserved 5 stars! 27 April update: the sandals have arrived. I confirm shipping is insanely fast. Wow.
Awesome service! The woman at the desk was knowledgeable, and helped me with measuring and comparing the shoes. I also made an online order late at night, and it as delivered the next day to my home. Quick service. They even have several minimalist, barefoot brands in their store! I recommend shopping at Tony Pappas
So fun to have such a good store not on the downtown strip. Bravo. Young, helpful staff. Great selection, despite my big feet 47!. Always good deals as well. Leave them your name... you'll get a discount next time.
They offer a healthy variety of high quality footwear. The service is great unless there is many customer in the store in which case it can be hard to get a hold of the personnel. They also have a talented cobblers that can extend the life of sole-damaged shoes for the fraction of the price a new pair would cost.
I am so impressed. Found the shoes I couldn't get anywhere else for a very reasonable price and had them sent to me in Nova Scotia. They arrived in 4 days! Amazing service!
